Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 or 1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 or 3 uncooked pie shells
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until done; drain off water.
    Let cool; peel.
    Blend and cream potatoes with mixer.
    Add sugar, margarine and eggs.
    Then add milk and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells (2 or 3 depends on how thick you prefer pie). Bake 30 to 40 minutes until crust is golden brown in preheated oven at 325\u00b0.
