Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 slices of white bread with crusts removed
    2 1/2 C diced ham, crumbled fried sausage OR bacon
    1/2 C mayonnaise
    1 C finely chopped onion
    1 C finely chopped celery
    2 C milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 C grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Line bottom of 8 x 13 pan with bread.
    Mix ham, mayonnaise, onion and celery.
    Spread over the bread and cover with another layer of bread.
