Kourafedes(Wedding Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter
    3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
    Have butter at room temperature.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
    Mix in baking powder and flour to form soft dough.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Roll out dough
    and cut with cookie cutters.
    Place on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (Temperature depends on your oven.)
    While cookies are still hot, roll in confectioners sugar until cooled.
