Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Beat eggs until lemon colored and blend dry ingredients.
Add melted butter and milk; blend well.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Allow to set before serving.
