Jeffrey'S Favorite Marinated Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork tenderloin
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3 cloves minced garlic
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/3 c. finely chopped crystallized ginger
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Trim tenderloin, place in a glass baking dish.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight.
    Remove from marinade, boil marinade 3 to 5 minutes; cool.
    Bake meat at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until done.
    Remove meat from pan and let cool.
    Slice into 1/4-inch slices and arrange in a small dish. Pour marinade over and toss.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving.
