Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. zucchini, peeled, seeded and sliced
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together and bring to a boil.
Cook until tender.
Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a small amount of water.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
