Deli Roasted Chicken Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) whole deli roasted chicken, reserving any roasting liquid
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. reserved roasting liquid or water
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    Remove skin and bones; discard.
    Cut chicken into small pieces, making about 3 cups.
