Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sized potatoes
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Wash, peel and slice potatoes into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Layer potatoes and cheese in a baking dish and top with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more until top begins to brown lightly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
