Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and apples. Mix on high speed.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased Bundt tube pan. Add 1 1/2 apples, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 of remaining sugar.
    Repeat layer.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
