Fried Ground Hog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground hog
    cold water
    salted water
    well beaten eggs
    milk
    flour
Preparation
    Skin and clean\tground\thog
    the
    same\tway you would a rabbit or squirrel.
    Wash\tand
    soak
    in
    cold water for a few hours. Boil in salted water until tender.\tDip in well beaten egg and milk mixture, then roll
    in
    flour until well covered. Fry in deep fat until tender.
    Start
    with
    hot frying oil and cut heat down and simmer until tender.
