Baked Potatoes Elegante - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium baking potatoes, baked until done
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. shredded cheese
crumbled bacon

Preparation

Cut slice on top of each potato and scoop out inside.
Mash. Add all ingredients (except cheese and bacon); beat until smooth. Fill shells and return to oven until heated.
Top with cheese and bacon!
