Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip topping
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in cranberry sauce and orange rind.
    Chill until slightly thickened, using wire whip. Blend in 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with rest of Cool Whip, cranberries and orange slices, if desired.
    Makes 5 1/3 cups or 10 servings.
