Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange, peeled and diced
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Puree cranberries and orange in a food processor.
Stir in sugar and let stand 2 to 3 hours.
Prepare Jell-O with boiling water and cool.
When Jell-O begins to set, combine all ingredients and pour into mold.
