Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can English peas, drained
1/4 c. sour pickle
1 c. pimientos, chopped
pinch of sugar and pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients. Chill. Serve and enjoy.
