Low-Fat Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey sausage
    1 oz. salsa (more to taste)
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1 c. no-fat sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1 pkg. Egg Beaters
    1 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. powdered skim milk
    1 7/8 c. water
Preparation
    Spray no-fat oil on 10 x 10-inch or larger pie plate.
    Layer the sausage, salsa, onion, cheese and eggs.
    Mix Bisquick and milk powder.
    Add water; mix and pour over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until top is brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 if using a Pyrex dish.
    May be frozen and reheated in microwave.
    Serves 6.
