7 Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, sliced
    1 celery stick, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut up
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 c. rice or barley
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Layer ingredients; end with hamburg as top layer.
    Pour tomato juice over top.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
