Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    celery
    green peppers
    green onions
    frozen green peas
    mayonnaise
    sugar
    cheese
    bacon
Preparation
    Chop lettuce, celery, green peppers and green onions.
    Layer each vegetable in a large glass bowl.
    Spread 1 cup mayonnaise on top.
    Sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar over this.
    Cover with shredded cheese.
    Cook bacon crisp (2 to 3 slices), crumble and sprinkle on top.
    Cover dish with foil.
    Leave overnight in refrigerator.
