Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise (can be reduced to 3/4 c.)
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix crackers and margarine.
    Spread half in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and spread in dish.
    Spread remaining cracker mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
