Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. onions, sliced
    1 c. cucumbers, diced
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil for 1 minute.
    Add cucumbers; cook another minute.
    Remove vegetables from pan.
    Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Serve over spareribs.
