Marinated Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce, chopped
    1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in order given.
    Marinate in tightly covered bowl in refrigerator for at least 10 hours.
    Toss just before serving.
    Serves 8.
