Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cherry Jell-O
    1 bag fresh cranberries, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. or can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. walnuts or pecans
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/4 cups of boiling water; add sugar and crushed pineapple.
    Set aside.
    In blender, chop fresh cranberries in the orange juice (half at a time), then add to Jell-O mixture. Add nuts and place in large bowl or casserole dish.
    (Makes 2 quarts so requires a rather large bowl or casserole dish.)
