Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.
    Mash potatoes until smooth, adding remaining ingredients.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Cool.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    (Will keep well for a week.)
