Herbed Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm sour cream
    6 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. water (125~)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast, sour cream, butter, herbs and water in a large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in the rest of the flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise for 35 minutes.
    Stir down and divide into two well-greased casseroles.
    Cover and let rise 50 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 until done, or about 35 minutes.
