Lemon Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch broccoli
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated in rings
    1 1/2 c. thinly chopped celery (optional)
    3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Divide broccoli into florets and stalks.
    Remove woody stems. Steam broccoli until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Melt margarine in a large skillet.
    Add the onion, celery and garlic.
    Cook until onion begins to brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Add broccoli, lemon juice, peel, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and serve.
    Serves eight 3/4 cup servings with 58 calories, 4 g fat and 0 mg cholesterol per serving.
