Catalina Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, cut in spears
    1/2 c. Catalina dressing or fat-free dressing
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes and slice lengthwise into spears. In a shallow dish, pour dressing in and coat each potato slice.
    Spread out on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over potatoes. Bake 20 minutes or until crispy.
