Dried Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Rinse beef to remove salty taste.
Chop or slice into small strips.
Mix all ingredients.
Form into ball and chill.
Good when served in hollowed out green pepper.
