Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Muenster cheese slices
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 eggs
    12 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Line lightly greased pie plate with slices of Muenster cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and fill plate. Put remaining cheese on top as crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until lightly browned.
