Lemon Lush Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks softened margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
2 small instant pudding (lemon)
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix the first three ingredients and spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0. Mix next four ingredients and spread on cooled crust.
Mix instant pudding and milk; spread over previous mixture.
Cover with remainder of Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts if you prefer.
