Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. raw rice, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat, onion and garlic salt.
    Stir in flour, add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer
    5
    minutes.
    Add soup and mushrooms and simmer 15 more
    minutes.
    Fold
    in sour cream and heat only until warm.
    Serve over rice.
