Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    vanilla
    1 small can pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Mix well and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add marshmallows if desired and brown.
