Microwave Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. bead molasses
Preparation

Remove skin and bone from breasts; arrange in 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook on High for 10 minutes.
Rearrange chicken.
Cover.
Cook on High 10 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes enough for 2 to 4 people.
Total cooking time: 20 to 22 minutes.
