Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour (may add 2 teaspoons cocoa)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar
    and eggs.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
    Add
    flavoring
    and color.
    Bake in three 9-inch layer pans
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    You may add 2 teaspoons cocoa to flour if you wish.
