Hjortetakk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. Hartshorn (ammonium carbonate, available at drugstore)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    crushed cardamom
