Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 lb. chicken
1 c. rice
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Mix parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
Pour half over the chicken.
Bake 20 minutes.
Turn chicken over and pour remaining liquid over chicken.
Bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Serve over rice.
