Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large apples
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Peel apples; arrange in greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with white sugar.
    Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Spread over apples and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
