Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    4 to 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, 1 stick margarine (softened) and 1 egg. Pat into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Beat together the cream cheese (softened), 3 eggs, lemon juice, 1 stick margarine and powdered sugar (reserve 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar to sprinkle on top of cooled squares).
    Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mix.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until edges brown). Cool, then cut into squares.
