Good-Bye Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

3 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer half the carrots in the bottom.
Add half of the cheese over top. Then add half the white sauce.
Repeat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and browned.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
