Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
5 jumbo Vidalia onions, sliced in rings
1 c. Parmesan cheese
20 Escort crackers, crushed
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; saute onion rings until limp and opaque.
Layer half the onions into 1-quart flat baking dish. Cover with half the cheese and half of the crackers.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
