Curried Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced turkey
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine turkey, celery, mayonnaise, soy sauce, curry, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    Top with pineapple and almonds just before serving.
    Yield: 6 servings.
