King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. chicken broth
10 corn tortillas
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and diced
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Saute onions and chilies in melted butter.
Mix chicken and mushroom soup.
Dip tortillas in soup mixture.
Layer tortillas, chicken, soup, onions and cheese.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
