Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish in a single layer.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken.
Baste every 15 minutes, baking at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours (until brown).
Serve with wild rice pilaf.
Serves 4 to 5.
