Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs. ground beef
1 c. instant oatmeal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shape into walnut size balls. Place meatballs on wax paper lined cookie sheet and freeze until solid.
Store in freezer bags until ready to cook.
When ready, cover with sauce.
Cook in a 9 x 13 baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
