Lemon Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jell-O lemon pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 egg
1 baked 8-inch pie shell
1 envelope Dream Whip mix
1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Combine pie filling mix, sugar and 1/4 cup water in saucepan. Blend in egg.
Add remaining water.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil and is thickened.
Cool about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Measure one cup, cover and cool completely.
Pour remaining filling into pie shell.
