Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very ripe medium avocados, mashed
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 green jalapeno chili, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. cilantro leaves or 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mix avocados, onion, chili, lemon or lime juice, cilantro and salt.
    Stir in tomato.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
