Ritz Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crumbed
1 stick oleo or butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. coconut
scant 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 1/2 c. milk
1 large Cool Whip
1 qt. plus 1 c. butter pecan ice cream
Preparation

Soften ice cream.
Melt oleo.
Add cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
Spread half of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat pudding, coconut, flavoring and milk until thick.
Fold in ice cream.
Put on top of crumbs in pan.
Spread
with Cool Whip. Cover with remaining crumb mixture.
Refrigerate.
Can be made night before and covered with Saran Wrap.
You may use instant coconut cream pudding and omit the coconut and flavoring.
