Spanish Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, blended
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large cabbage
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and diced onion.
    Drain off grease.
    Add salt, pepper and chili powder and stir.
    Add tomatoes and sugar.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Cut up cabbage in a large pot.
    Pour meat mixture over the cabbage and add 1 cup of water.
    Stir from time to time. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
