Spicy Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 oz. cottage cheese (low-fat)
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour beaten egg into preheated, nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Cook until slightly firm.
    Combine cottage cheese and seasonings and spread over half of egg.
    Fold the egg in half.
    Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serves 1.
