Potato Fondue Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and leave in jackets.
    Heat remaining ingredients in fondue pot.
    Keep on low temperature.
    Dip potatoes and eat immediately.
