Irish Scone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1/2 box raisins
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center and add milk and melted butter.
    Mix lightly with wooden spoon.
    Knead lightly.
    Mixture should be slack, not wet.
    Fold in raisins.
    Place in prepared pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    After removing cake from pan, wet it lightly with cold water.
