Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potato
2 medium large onions
3 oz. stuffed green olives
2 Tbsp. dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise (to moisten)
Preparation

Wash potatoes and cook in skins until done.
Cool.
Remove skins and dice.
Add to potatoes the chopped onions, stuffed green olives, dill weed, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
(May substitute salad dressing for mayonnaise if taking to a picnic where it can't be kept cold.)
